Seagull Management was commissioned by Kwango, a Milton Keynes based e-learning company, as a viral marketing tool to promote their launch. Although Kwango offer e-learning on many levels, the game plays on the idea of a bad management style - Seagull Management: "Fly in, dump on everyone, fly off".
